I am so dissatisfied with the service given by Sibusiso. I may not taken his surname but I have his name. On the 30th at round about 18h15 in the evening I loaded R40 airtime which was a R30 voucher followed by a R10 voucher. I immediately purchased bundles and select the Social Network bundles for R29 and you get 75MB by mistake. I then called MTN and spoke to a consultant who was named Martin if I'm not mistaken, I then requested him to please reverse the bundles that I had just purchased as they were incorrect and they are of no use to me. He then said he cannot help me and I asked to speak to a manager. I was then transferred to Sibusiso, I then explained what had happened and asked him to kindly assist me as I utilise these MB for my small business. He told me that this was an inconvenience caused by myself and if he does help me it would be a favour. I then raised a question that he is a manager and he is supposed to assist me in finding a solution to this matter. Sibusiso then put the phone down in my ear after I had tried to get help from him as a call centre manger that needs to make sure that the service provided is efficient. WHAT POOR SERVICE, FROM A TRAINED MANAGER...
