After years that I have been to see a movie on the big screen, the manger at Carlton centre just made sure I never set my foot there again. Firstly they sold me the wrong ticket; I was with my daughter who is 13months old. Which is where the problem started? We had to be accompanied by one of the staff Sibusiso to explain our ticket was incorrect.

Once the movie started 2mins from that point the power went out. My daughter was so scared and started being restless because of the dark. Well to cut a long story short, I was asked for my ticket so that I could get a voucher. I tried explaining that I didn't have a ticket because of the drama when I came in. Thank Sibusiso was there and tried to explain to their manager Immaculate of what happened. For a manager I must say poor customer service skills told me straight they can't help me without a ticket. The worse part it was dark and how on earth could I have gone into a movie without a ticket. I wasted R120 just like that; I ended up leaving my combo because right after I bought everything the power went. Ster-Kinekor should take that manager for customer service skills. If the problem is yours you provide a solution.
