Data Bundles purchased & 8.ta failed to load it

8.ta Service is BAD - On the 14th/11/2013 i purchased R150-00 airtime to convert it to 8.ta 2GB 1GB promo. I then loaded the airtime using their ipad app. Now i when to th Purchase Bundle menu and select the 2 1GB and it accepted it fine and deducted my 149 rands. I handed the iPad to my child to surf the net, after 2 minutes she complained. When i checked the bundles there was 0! I called to log a case & Maxwell told me they escalated to their Tech Ops to investigate and will take 72 hours. After 72hour still no feedback. Yesterday at 8pm I phoned again a found a rather nice guy who promised me that his manager confirmed b4 12pm yesterday my bundles will be credited - Come 12pm nothing. I founed later on around 5pm yesterday and found a lady Nozuko who claimed the team handling my call has already gone home and i must wait. I waited over night no bundles credited. I found today and spoke to Alton who said confirmed with manager will be credited in 24 hour! WHAT a service!!! Still waiting for my bundles! If you considering 8.ta! Think Again, this can happen to you as well!
