Ad attitude, awful service, call cut off

Husband erroneously converted R60 airtime into sms bundles instead of internet data bundles.(20/02/13) I usually do it but was unavailable so when he received a confirmation sms he realised his error so we called MTN 176 to get help in maybe reversing the transaction... Slindile 1st took the call and was extremely rude, saying it was not their fault that we failed to follow the instruction..in future we have to listen carefully and that we'd have to find somebody to give the sms bundles to.it wasn't their problem then hung up.called back and spoke to Ndumiso (helpful) promised manager will call me back in 2 to 24hrs.we called back 21/02/2013 Zakhona said to hold for manager, she hung up.then Lerato (hung up). Sheethal (supervisor) was abrupt, put thru to Chantal then back to Neo in Polokwane.nobody was professional except Ndumiso whom we spoke to on the 20th.how can MTN refuse to convert the sms bundles to data bundles after all its a modem not a phone sim card that was credited! had they been polite it would have made a difference but they were so RUDE especially Slindile.they made it clear that we have to take accountability (which we were doing) but they wud have helped had they wanted
