I loaded bundles on my phone yesterday morning, while my phone was at home. When I got home to my phone, I noticed that none of the bundles was loaded and called the MTN call centre, 173, to my biggest regret. I spoke to Nonkhululeku and her team leader Menzi Khumalo. Both told me that there was Internet activities and the bundles was used up, none of them could explain to me how or on what sites because my phone was alone and unattended the whole day. Then Menzi advises its against the law to tell me how my bundles was utilised from my phone on the number which was RICA'd by myself, where against what law, he promised to call me back with the regulatory information but needless to say... still waiting. This is the worst service I have ever had in my life. I requested the manager, Chantelle Naidoo, call me back... if that's her real name, but i suppose I will not be hearing from her as well. This worst service ever, changing my network today, good luck.
