Poorest service ever
i purchased a data package in nov 2012 and for the month of march i did not receive my bundles, for the past month i have been calling the call centre to dismay, everyday i was either referred back to the store where it was purchased or i was told the problem has been escalated, i have umpteen case numbers & ref nbrs which means nothing can or will be done.i was always told to wait 48 hrs before my bundles will be loaded but lastly wayne told me as per his record i received my data bundles and theres nothing cell c can do to assit me, another consultant told me it because there is no 30th of Feb as my rehearsal date is every 30th... bear in mind i paid upfront for the package & i am supposed to get data bundles every month without fail, words cant even express my frustration. what do i do now? i think i have tolerated cell C's pathetic service for way too long now. i will Never do business with you guys again!
