Lost bundles, airtime after re-charging cellphone

I bought bundles on 20/05/2013 at for about 13:20hrs for R149.95 and airtime for R180 and I asked Gerda how to recharge, she told me to I dial *141*1# to charge either airtime or bundles which I did by 13:27hrs same day. I made one call and sent 4 sms to a friend. My phone died out of power. I put the phone on charger at 17:45hrs. I tried to make a call but it could not go through instead there were no sufficient funds. I called the MTN call center and I spoke to Jeffrey at reference number 691128826 at bout 21:00hrs where I explained my situation. He told me to give this transaction some time to update although he sees in the system that airtime and bundles were loaded with no account of usage. I went to bed and in the morning there was no airtime and bundles in my phone. No updates were confirmed to have been done in my phone since the time I loaded the airtime. I went back to MTN offices where I bought the bundles and airtime to fix this. Frank from MTN tried calling the call center for 2hrs and he never got through. I have lost business for one day now because of POOR MTN systems. I am exasperated with MTN
