TELKOM HAS MADE AN APOINTMENT TO INSTALL A TELEPHONE LINE AT MY RESIDENCE. I MADE ARRANGEMENTS FOR SOMEONE TO BE AT HOME WHILST WAITING FOR THE TECHNICIAN. IT IS NOW 15:14 AND NO RESPONSE FROM THE TECHINICIAN. HOW DO WE GET THIS RIGHT.
