Disappointed custome

I got my contract on the 19th of december with the wrong package. they then loaded the correct package on the 24th of december and a week later, on the 31st of december the phone wasnt working. i took the phone in on the same day and was told the phone would take 7 to 14 working days to be repaired. i called the repairs call centre on the 6th of january and a gentleman told me to call today because the phone had been assigned to a technicin becuase the phone had just been received. i call today and they telling me the phone is going to take another 7 to 14 weeks to repair. i avent used this phone and im expected to pay the full fee. whilst im left without a phone. as a first time mtn customer im not impressed. the service im getting is ridiculous. i call in to have this joke of a contract cancelled and they make me wait for more than 6, inutes to get help
