Failed to Deliver on their service

I placed an order for Telkom to install a telephone and internet line at my home. Yesterday, 20 August 2013, I received a confirmation sms from Telkom stating that they have dispatched a technician to install the line, yet nobody from Telkom pitched up. This is not the first time this happened and it has been going on and off like this for about a month, if not more.
