I made a payment on the 05 December 2013 at the Mitchell's Plain Promonade Mall on my Telkom prepaid telephone line and was advised that a technician will be sent to my residence to repair and connect my line. I am still awaiting the arrival of the technician and my telephone line is still non-operational. I am extremely infuriated as I urgently need to use my telephone and am sick to death of the incompetence and putrid service I have received from Telkom. It ridiculous how long Telkom can take to resolve a simple issue. I am contemplating changing telephone service providers. Please escalate my complaint to the relevant department in Telkom to resolve my issue as soon as possible, as I urgently need to use my telephone line.
