Telkom installation appointments???

Good day,
I contacted you guys on Friday 30 August in connection with a line installation at "my address"
Monday 2 September I received an sms:
"Telkom SA: Dear client MR.DUANE VAN DER SANDT, Telkom SA will send a representative to your premises - "my address" to fulfil your service request. We have scheduled your new line installation / modification for the 2013/09/03..."
I replied as requested "YES" for the appointment.
2013/09/03 I received an sms to confirm that a technician has been dispatched to install my new line.
I made arrangements to be home Tuesday 3/9.
No one came out.
I dialed 10210 and queried the order status.
I was on the line for 10minutes just so that the lady can tell me that the technician did not have access to my premises (whilst I was home the whole day), and the technician will contact me.
It is now 11:30 2013/09/04 and still nobody has contacted me.
Telkom's service is POOR, and unprofessional!
Why do you even make appointments???
