Once again no show! 2 months and still waiting!

After I complained on Hellopeter last time about still waiting for Telkom to come install my line. I had an appointment for them to come install it today 25th February. Once again its a no go with the technician not showing up or trying to get in touch with me as I had made special arrangements for the technician to be let into my flat to come complete the task. I phoned Telkom Strand AND Telkom online support with no luck in getting any clarity on what is happening. I am at my wits end with this now with absolute no hope for Telkom to make any attempt to come install my line. I now firmly believe Telkom does not wish to have me as a client. I don't know what to do anymore. No matter what I tell consultants or task I ask for the consultants to convey to the technicians, everytime they fail to meet them. I assume I have to wait another 2 months before anything happens and even then I believe Telkom will fail to help me.
