Second contract, never going to happen

Hi,

My name is Adriaan Smuts. I applied for a second contract on Friday, 1st Feb 2013. I was told that the turn around time is 24-48 hours. So after about 36 hours I returned to the store for an update, I was not pleased when I was told that the paper work needs to be re-submitted as it was 'unclear'. The consultant that helped me wasn't in that day so they couldn't re-submit my application.

After 48 hours I was still waiting so they escalated the issue and told me it will be anothet 2hours. So I was being hopefull and returned to the shop afer 2 hours. When I walked into the store I was told sorry, but they need 4 more hours to complete the process.

I am still standing in the queue and I still do not have my phone.

What does it take to give someone a second contract?! Let me tell you what doesn't work: 1) Standing in a very long queue every day. 2) Phoning customer care for an update. 3) Giving them the time they ask for.

Moral of the story, need an cellphone contract, go to anyone else, not MTN and their with their false turn around times!

So when I got to the front of thw queue now I was told that they are still busy. 72 hours and still nothing!
