Don't expect service from MTN

I applied for a contract with MTN on Saturday 2013-06-08 and was promised a return call within 24 hours in regards to pre-approval - I never received this and went into the store on Sunday (24 hours later) and the application was still pending despite a promise of 2 to 24 hours. I had to chase the consultant to find out that I had been pre-approved. I went in on Tuesday 2013-06-11 to sign the contract and the process could not be completed as there was a "block" on the Eppix system - I was told this could only be corrected within 24 hours again; I said that I would go elsewhere for my contract and miraculously the problem was corrected almost immediately. The process was completed and I signed and was given the phone - again I was told the contract would activate within 2 to 24 hours. When my contract had not been activated by the next morning I called the consultant (all these calls are at my cost to cellphones) - I was told by him that he would call me back - he didn't - I went into the store and told them I was returning the phone under the CPA and was again promised a resolution and a call back today. It is now close of business and I have not received this call. UNACCEPTABLE!!
