Unacceptable!!

I went to Dion Wired to apply for a contract that comes with a Samsung Tablet. I provided al my ID, Bank Statements and Payslips. On the 1st day I was told I don't qualify. I was told I qualify for a P400 (which is any phone contract) but not the tablet!! I demanded to know why! They couldn't give me a reason. I have many accounts all up to date so I couldn't understand! So the next day we went back with my husband's details. Again we were told he doesn't qualify because he has no credit... he has a car, a house and a credit card on his name! We refused to go without them giving a reason why they are saying he has no credit. Then it changed to him not qualifying because he is using the same account as me and they need a proof of account that shows he is using my account. (This is day 4!) AGAIN we did as we were told. Finally they said he is approved, but we must wait 4-5 HOURS for vodacoms system to "update" before we can get the contract!! We waited and did some other shopping to keep busy. 4 hours later we were phoned only to be informed that the system hasn't updated yet and they are closing now so we must go back to the store again for a 5th time to complete the application!
