Contract Nightmare!!

I applied for an additional contract on Monday 28th Oct at about 17:00, and was told it would take 2-24hrs and I would be called before 12:00 the following day. 24 hours later, no call. I went to the store and was told there was some delay and I would be called when it was approved. another 24 hours with no call, and I again, returned on Wednesday. This time it was indeed approved but received no feedback. I received the new sim card for a sim swap, and 2-24hour I was promised it would be active. 48 hours later still no activation, i returned again on Friday, but the sim swap request was put through on Saturday and promised it would take 2-24hours. 24 hours later still no activation, I was at the shop for 3 hours being promised it would "definitely" be done in 2 hours. Nothing was done in the 2 hours and the supervisor of the store gave me 'his word" that it would be sorted by no later than 8:30 monday morning.
it is now 14:14 on Monday morning with nothing having been done and not being able to make calls from Wednesday, on my main cell phone that I use for work.
It has now been 116 hours since I was promised 2-24hours...
