Terrible service - Still waiting for airtime!!!

I visited Vodacom Westwood Mall to port from MTN to Vodacom & sign up for a blackberry top up contract on 17 July 2013. Was told to come in the next day after the port goes through & I'll be able to sign up for the contract. The port didn't go through! I had to go back to the store to do the process all over again! This time the port took. I returned a day later to sign up for the contract. Upon leaving the store, my sim went dead. I was told that this is due to the migration from prepaid to contract & it'll rectify between 2-24 hours. It didn't! I called the store and they lodged a fault complaint.
At 10pm that 19 July, the sim went online. But no airtime was issued! I called the call centre. They said it would take a further 2-24 hours to come to me. It didn't!
I called back - 48 hours later & lodged a complaint. I was told that I would be issued with the airtime within 2-24 hours. I wasn't! I called again & was told to wait until the end of the day. Its now almost a week since I signed up, I have numerous reference numbers but still no airtime!
I'm bitterly disappointed with Vodacom as this is my first contract with them! I regret leaving MTN! I may cancel my contract!
