Bad service, attitude. shounting customers around

I went through to Somerset West to take in our dongel (internet) for there was a fault on it. After being demanded going from one place to another I finally ended up at Repairs. The guy put the dongle stick in the computer and then it worked... but i explained that all the other vodacom employees confirmed the fault and send me to repairs. Now i am receiving a very bad attitude from repairs actually wanting them to assist me.
Vodacom is a very big company but it does not help they spend millionson advertising but there employees are rude to their customers. I am running a business as well and do not have time for bad attitude.
This is the badest service I have ever received.
I am awaiting a response please... this needs to stop.
Train your people to do customer service in all the areas.
