Hopefully this time someone will actually contact me. my phone has been in repairs since wednesday, im hoping this time when i get it back it actually works. the phone is barely 3 months old. this is the second time im sending it in for repairs in such a short space of time. i personally want a new phone as its damaged from what i can see. i dont think it fair vodacom expects customers with such new phones to make trips back and forth to their service centres at their cost and time for a phone that isnt working due to no fault of the customers. i was also promised free data last year that never happened. not to mention the sandton city service centre closes before 6pm when i once went there despite the advertised time of 6pm. no one, not a single person at vodacom has ever called me to apologize or offer an alternative. i will keep complaining until someone does. since my phone is in for repairs no one can call me either, but thats vodacoms fault not mines... you dont even offer a temporary phone to people with new phones... and you dont even have water available for customers at sandton, but you have a fridge with a huge sign about water for customers, its all a joke, all of it.
