In mid november 2013 i purchased an apple iPhone 5s gold which i paid almost R6000 down payment for the device on the Vodacom Uchoose Smart M as a renewal on my contract

My package was migrated on the 28 November 2013, however became a huge disaster...

My contract was allocated with mins and R315.00 airtime which was incorrect, however i called vodacom customer services to inform them that i received airtime and i will not pay them for both, also informing them that im being billed per minute rate on calls.

Within the same day, the airtime was reversed but my per minute billing query was not resolved. I have been contacting the customer service helpline almost everyday and night, but no joy with these people.

Everytime i speak to a consultant, they tell me all different type of stories and incorrect information such as they cannot pick up my requests but they re-logging it or they say that the package is per minute billing

My dispute is that the package clearly state that the UCHOOSE SMART M is per second billing, SO WHY IS MY MINS BEING UTILISED PER MINUTE???

Im an ex Vodacom staff member and currently work for Altech Autopage, which means i know my product knowledge.
