Rude Consultant with attitude

Wilfried at the vodacom repairs centurion lake, apparently has an evident attitude issue, he insisted on charging me for a replacement sim card which should be covered under vodacom's "quick sim" product offering.

Having worked for Vodacom previously, i am quite familiar with this process.

However the consultant demanded to be paid R63-00 for the sim swop, after giving a disillusioned remark about Quick Sim product.

I would have accepted this, if the consultant's demeanor had not been so horrible, he failed to acknowledge me on several occasions, disappeared to the back without informing me what for - for quite an extended period of time, I understand that it isn't FUN to work on a Saturday, but these consultants need to acknowledge that they get paid to do so, and it is damaging to their brand if a customer perceives them to be rude.

Finally Wilfried, refused to provide his surname, hence he is only referred to as that.

10 mins later the Vodacom Shop 4u was able to process my sim swop, WITHOUT ANY FEES.

After handing in my phone for repairs, i did not receive a confirmation sms, HAVE THEY EVEN BOOKED IN MY PHONE?!?!?!
