Shocking service and "don't give a attitude'

I went to the craighall Vodacom store last week to change my bank details, get a 3G dongle & micro sim. The latter took over 2.5 hours (but beside the point). Having thought my bank details had been changed, I got an SMS requesting me to send a copy of my ID - which I had already done at the store. I popped into the store this afternoon asking very politely if they could please send my ID to the fax number indicated as this was why I had given it to them last week. A very rude employee pipes up in the background that I need to resupply my ID book. I explained the situation to him and that I had already done this and his response was that this was the system & i had to deal with it and he didn't care when I had brought my ID in. At this point I said that I'd rather go to a more helpful store as their customer service was shocking. A I walked out the door at least 3 of the employees laughed out loud at my response & no one made an effort to fix the situation. I can't believe that Vodacom would hire employees that have no respect for their customers, do not go out of their way to deliver great customer service and ultimately have little care for your company. Pls sort that branch out.
