Bad Service and Bad Attitude

I'm 22 years old, pay 2 Vodacom contracts (in time and up to date) and receive bad attitude and no service because Vodacom decides that because I'm young they can be disrespectful.

Over the past 2 days I have received bad service and bad attitude from Vodacom Greenacres.
I only have a hour lunch which I've wasted at Vodacom Greenacres on Monday and Tuesday this week, consultants are NEVER available, when I question the manager about this, her tone is aggressive, sarcastic and condescending, consultants also have no idea what products Vodacom sells and/or stocks.
Over the past 2 days I have had to drive up and down because of lack of service from Vodacom Greenacres, even calling for information beforehand is unsuccessful.

I expect an apology from Vodacom for firstly, this bad service and bad attitude from Vodacom employees and secondly for the inconvenience Vodacom Greenacres has caused me.
Also, I want the manager at Vodacom Greenacres Repair Shop to be addressed regarding her attitude towards me, I might be young but I won't tolerate bad service or bad attitudes for a service I PAY for!!!
