Vodacom Unable to honor internet access (2nd compl)

We refer to a complaint to Vodacom lodge with Hello Peter on the 23/01/2013.
We also refer to Vodacom service request nr: S3-SFJ2P-PRQS3 dated 23/01/2013.

Today, 7 DAYS LATER, except from 1 brief call from Vodacom confirming receipt of the above complaint we have not had a single call from a Vodacom Technician to investigate this matter.

The area of somerset west, Strand, Gordansbay and Stellenbosch has this problem since November 2012.
All VodaCare Technitions Consulted in Somerset about this matter confirmed that Vodacom is well aware of this problem but is unable to sort it out.

To date we are still unable to reach our customers via the internet, we are unable to read our emails and we are unable to transfer money via eft but sporadicly.

Yet Vodacom still charge us the full amount for the use of their internet services since November 2012!!!

Vodacom does not honour a contract signed and paid for which they are bound to give us access to the internet as we wish and rapidly for our business. This now resluting on heavy business loses for our company.

(NB! For test perposes a cell c connection worked perfectly in that area)
