Most pathetic Call centre in South Africa

MTN in my mind is now worse than my munipality when it comes to call centre service. My municipality at least answer their phones but MTN cancelations department doesn't answer at all. The biggest issue for me is that I have phoned MTN over 8 times already and held on each occasion more than 30 minutes for the cancelations dept and there is no answer. I have requested a call back via email, twitter and still no reply. I want my line closed and converted into prepaid MTN. I have already paid R653.00 into your account so I owe you guys nothing. I'm not intrested to be retained at all. Take note I will cancel my other line in May as well. It is unfortunate that I have to express my disgust on a public website but really MTN have gone from great to a 0 out of 10. I'm cancelling cause I'm no longer willing to pay for service like this while you guys are totally over prized. I'm not getting service that justify your expensive rates at all. I got a way better deal and service with another network.
