I must say I have made I right choice all my life to have never used your service. You are one of the worst banks in the world and even Home affairs is better than you guys. For the past two weeks I have tried to apply for one of your products and every time I call no one seems to know what's happening with my application (if your call centre get to answer my call after I held for more than 15 min, sometime they cut you off after you have held for a long time). I 1st dealt with a lady called Ndlebe Nomalanga (She has no idea what customer service is) who doesn't even bother to answer her emails. I sent her three emails since last week and she has never answer even one of my email. Tried to call the Call Centre and a guy who I couldn't even hear a word he was saying on the phone, who doesn't even have telephone skills took my call and my number and still waiting for the call. It's been two weeks and not even a call or email to acknowledge that you have received my application. You are worse than I thought.
