Good Day
I have been trying for 2 days to get a hold of someone in your call centre to find out how to cancel a telkom line, yesterday I tried 4 times and held on for 25 - 30 minutes each time.
I have tried again this morning and am currently on 23 minutes and still no answer... is this really how you deal with customers trying to get information!!!
This line is for my boss and we just need to know what steps to follow to cancel this line.
Please can someone assist...
