Contract

My name is ms MT Chetty and I wish to cancel my cell c contract, I called the number 084 143, it gave me options press 1 for upgrades and 2 for cancelations, upon pressing 2 I went straight to upgrades after telling the lady I wanted cancelations she transferred me to cancelations which I held on the line for 15 minutes and no answer, so I thought I had chosen the wrong number so I decided to try again and the exact same thing happened what ever number you choose you go to upgrades and they transfer you to cancelations but there is no answer at all no matter how long you hold, I held on the line until R150 of my Telkom airtime on my house phone was finished, I want some one to assist me on cancelling my contract because cell c is proving to be dishonest were you give people contracts and refuse to cancel it.
