I have phoned the call centre 103 times over a period from yesterday 15h50 to 22h00 and this morning from 06h00 to 07h45. NO ANSWER. NO indication that there MIGHT be an answer. Apparently there are NO available consultants. DO THEY STILL HAVE PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM? The result is that I have been without my cell phone coverage as they suspended my line after I have made the necessary arrangements AND paid as arranged. I am a rep and travel a great deal. SO I must have my line working which is why I make a monthly arrangement to never be in this situation. I even got a sms that said they are going to suspend the line in two days. They suspended on the day. Why don't they say that they will not be able to assist and I have to phone back or that they have a technical problem or what ever?
But this is ridiculous! No expectation of a resolve on a phone call makes service impossible...!!
