This email serves as notification that I'm cancelling your services... as I've had no joy from you guys, concerning payments and of you blocking my account by with holding vital medications...

I've spoken to so much people at your offices, waited for ever for someone to answer your phones. if call is answer you have not even discussed your issue CALL GETS CUT THE CUSTOMER SHOULD CALL BACK THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
On your statements that u send out, and telephonically one gets different balances... even your accounts department... doesn't seem to know what goes on.

So I'm asking you to please stop supplying my medication... and to please send me confirmation there of.
