NEVER RESPONDED LIKE PROMISED

I was at MTN Store to buy a TV on Contract as Advertised, i had all documents requested to apply for the TV i.e. TV License.

Annie Nyovane was the consultant helping me out, after the application of the Appliance i was told that i had to wait for couple of days so that the application could be approved first. Two days later i received an SMS informing me that the Application was approved and a consultant will contact me to collect the Appliance. No one ever called me, i had to go to the Store to see for myself as to what is taking so long, i got to the store and then i was told that "yes the application was approved, but now it has to be activated", that that process will take 2 days. That was back on the 24th of December 2013. Two days went by, i never received any feedback now its the 6th of January 2014.

I think if you know you can not deliver on the promise that you make you should never make the promise at all, or maybe if you can't manage the paper work and never keep track of which customers you suppose to call when and why, then tell me in advance so i can find other service providers who will deliver.
