Poor Online Store Communication and Courier Proces

I did an online application for a 2gb data contract. It was approved within 5mins and was told that the courier company will deliver as advertised on the vodacom online store within 24hrs. I clearly requested that they contact me before delivery so that i may make myself available. The courier company popped up 4 days later when i was not in and left. Today is the 17th September and i have had no communication from Vodacom, the sales consultant nor the courier company. I called in to cancel the order and was told that they will send through a request which will be actioned within 7 working days. My application gets approved in 5mins but the cancellation needs 7 days to process. Very Poor service upfront considering i am a current MTN data subscriber changing over to Vodacom.
