On Friday (8 November) just after 17:00, I went to the Bonaero Park MTN to apply for the Ipad mini 16gb as an additional contract.
I was informed that my application would only be approved Saturday due to the time of the application.

On Saturday morning (08:18) I received the sms confirming approval and that the dealer would be in contact.
11:51 - I received a call to say my application had not been approved as yet, however they had received the Ipad mini and once approed I could collect it. I explained to the lady I had already received confirmation it had been approved.
Just after 13:00 I entered the store to confirm progress, where by I was told my application had not been approved due to a bad credit rating... when showing her the sms of approval and telling her this was not the case. I was then told she did not have the correct Ipad and that I could have the Ipad mini 32GB at the extra cost per month, which has already been approved.
I find this service completely unacceptable. Why would I firstly want something I did not order, secondly why give me the run around about bad credit ratings, and not being approved if this was not the case either. Is this the way MTN works!
