Personal Loan Application

I applied for a personal loan via the Thinkmoney website on 02/04/2013 and was pre-approved and was requested to complete documents and send same back within 3 days for my application to be processed which I did on the same day. On the 3rd of April I followed up on my application via an email to Arlene Claasens and she never responded, I then phoned their office on the 4th and I have been told that the application is incomplete and a consultant will phone me before end of the day to complete the application but even today after following up again today she has not yet responded.
