I applied for a data contract with Vodacom via the Edgars store in durban pavilion. was attended to by Musa. my documents had to be reviewed by vodacom before the contract was approved and hence i left the store awaiting feedback from musa. he advised me that he would call me to keep me updated. i called four times the next day trying to get feedback. i was promised it would be sorted out that day. i called every day for Four days after that and still no response from him. on days that he was off i was told that there was no other specialist that could assist me. i visited the branch on three occasions only to be told that the systems were offline or slow etc. i eventually went to Makro in springfield to apply for the same deal. they advised me that they couldnt make an application for the same product as there was already an application pending in edgars. Makro then called edgars asking them to cancel the application and was told that there was no one who could assist at all as Musa was off for the day. i then called back and spoke to the floor manager Njabulo who was very arrogant, un-empathecic and useless! why just have one consultant for one of the busiest branches of Edgars?
