Terrible Service - Phone Blocked for 3 Days

I have been calling your call centre all weekend and keep getting transferred to the wrong person and having to re-explain my query each time. When I finally did get through to the correct person (a day later only) they completed the request and informed me that my account would be unlocked within the hour.
I called again to follow up later that day and was told I needed to wait until the following morning.

It's mid day now and I still cannot use my phone - I tried calling the call centre again but I'm just being put on hold. PLEASE UNLOCK IT IMMEDIATELY, I am losing business because of this!!!
I have been a loyal paying customer for years and this is how I'm treated? It's absolutely pathetic!
