Promise which was never delievered

Made an application for credit card online and it was approved, was advised to go to the nearest branch for paper work. Went to Boulders branch where i was assisted by Michael Mabuza, made me sign all relevent documents as application was approved, i was even issued as card, card was activated in store as well. Was advised i should be able to use card in 30 minutes. Tried to use card the following day only to find card was not active. Called Michael and he advised head office requested my documents and he will keep me updated. I had to call everyday until i was told head office declined my applicatioj of which to me doesnt make sence, as no one can tell why was it declined. Called Michael again to request feedback as to why was my application declined, and why was i given false hope that applicaion is successful? and why was i given a card if application was still pending and he didnt have an answer neither did their call centre have an answer as to why was application was declined. I then decided to escalate query with branch manager and he also didnt have an answer to me he even decided to avoid my calls. it would be of great pleasure if i can be told why was my application decli
