I signed a contract for R389 with cell c and once the contract was active I loaded a once off data bundle from my phone. Cell C decided to make it a recurring bundle every month. When I asked them to refund me they asked me for the proof that it was a once of purchase. WHAT? I know I purchased a once off and when I queried my high bill in December the person was too dof to help me sort it and the person now in January was so rude and told me it wont be refunded because I am phoning about a different issue not the same issue and I need to supply them with proof. She asked me where my reference number was for previous call (I did not have it with me) but slammed down the phone before she gave me one too? So it is there style?
