Over billing - poor response

In December of 2012 I opened up a contract with Cell C which provides me with 100 minutes, 100 sms's and 100 MB of data (R329). Since opening contract with Cell C I have experienced exorbitant data charges to the tune of R600 - R1000 per month (the equivalent of using 4000MBs-6666MBs per month). I have no issue with my phone call and sms charges. My issue is with the exorbitant data charges for data which I am not using.

For FOUR months now I have made numerous queries into why my data usage is reflected as being as high as it allegedly is and have received nothing but promises of call backs. I struggle to understand why my usage reflects as being so high given that I have a separate phone with a cell c prepaid 2 gig data bundle which I use for all my data activities (for which I have never exceeded the 2 gig limit) and given that i link my contract phone to wifi 80% of the time. I am sick and tired of calling customer care to follow up on my query only to find out my query was sent to the wrong department/does not exist and then start the process over again only never to be called by a technician as promised! This issue is not resolved and is incredibly frustratin
