I have contacted the cell C call centre regarding my billing issue over 20 times without a single person being able to let me know what is happening despite telling me that my case had been opened. I sent my original signed contract as requested and in a mail very clearly outlined my billing issue. So here it is ONE more time Cell C and I can only assume that if my bill is not paid back that this in fact amounts to from Cell C!

- I took out a straight up 100 contract 500MB contract with you close to the end of Jan 2013 with a samsung galaxy S3.

- I then got three outrageous bills from Cell C for the pro-rate of Jan, Feb and March

- Went to a Cell C cavendish to try figure out why my bills were amounting to almost R2000 a month.

- They looked on the system and saw that instead of the 500MB I signed for on my contract a 300MB bundle had been added. the PROBLEM here is that every 1MB after the 300MB is charged at 99c as opposed to the 500MB I signed for every 1MB after that is 15c! So obviously I was getting billed for a bundle and out of bundle rates I did not ever agree to!

I expect that Jan, Feb and March bills are seen to accordingly & excess charges repaid! ASAP!!!
