Cell C
I am being charged for a Bundle I NEVER asked for!

Hi, I signed a contract with Cell C on January1.
The advert said:
iPhone 5 for R399 on Straight up Package 200 (which includes 200 minutes, 200 sms, and 200 mb) plus additional 300 mb free.
Initially I didn't receive the additional free 300 mb.
So called in a few times and then received it.
I now notice that I am being charged R445 every month when it was supposed to be R399.
I spoke to Wilile (who was excellent in detecting the problem) yesterday who said that I was being charged for an extra bundle of 300 that costs R45.
My issue is: I NEVER asked for an additional 300 mb bundle. Somebody activated it when I enquired why I didn't receive my FREE 300 mb.
They went and gave it to me, but a price!!!

ANOTHER ISSUE IS I AM NOT RECEIVING MY STATEMENTS.
I REQUESTED E-BILLING OVER A MONTH AGO, BUT NOTHING HAS MATERIALIZED THUS FAR.
