Atrocious service from your Head Office

Hi Nelisiwe,

This is a follow-up after your excuse of a response on Hellopeter.com. Still to this day we haven't heard from you again since you mentioned that you have tried to contact me on the number I provided. We have also asked for a claim form to be sent to us from your and the lady at your head office said she will send one immediately .we are still waiting for this form. And she said that we will have to wait another 5 working days. Since my handset was sent back to Head office because it is beyond repair. An I have waited since the 5th of Dec for my handset to be replaced because I do have insurance on it. And also when I took out my Insurance when I upgraded at the Cresta branch he did not upgrade to cover the full amount of my phone. All of my contracts are with you and expect better service from you since my company support yours.

I hope to hear from you and your head office soon.
