My cell phone bill was extra-ordinarily high 6 months ago, so i asked (in wirting) for a 1gb data bundle to be loaded onto the account.
The bills continued ot be high..when i enquired it was discovered that the data bundle had not been loaded..despite written proof from my side reflecting the request, and an sms from mtn confirming it had been laoded... so after complaints, and a lot of time and emails, a credit for the over charge only was passed on my account.
For the past two months the accoutn has been high again, and again after calling the call centre, and waiting 20 minutes, it turns out... they still do not have the data bundle loaded on the network... how is this even possible... so again, i am told, a credit will be passed, and the data bundle will be loaded..int he mean time, my account is happily debited every month with the overcharges, and no mention of a refund paid into my account, or any form of comepnsation for their errors, is mentioned at all..
