Billed 99c per megabyte out of bundle!

I was sold a data contract over the phone. I was never told that if I go over my allowed megabytes at 15c per mb, I would be charged an exhorbitant "out of bundle rate" of 99c per mb, nor was I told how to qualify for the 15c per megabyte. I have phoned customer services numerous times since I first logged the issue with Cell C on the 10th of December and all they say is that it has been escalated to the billing department. Every time they say someone from the billing department will phone me and no-one ever does (although they alway say that someone has contacted me). The excess charges that have been billed should be refunded to me with immediate effect.

I raised this with Cell C on the 10th of December. It is now the 27th of December. Every time I phone Cell C they tell me that they will escalate the issue to their billing department, but then I hear nothing. I also get told that I was contacted and something was explained to me when in fact no-one had contacted me.

I have given Cell C more than enough time to rectify this issue, but have finally run out of patience.
