U Choose Smart M Migration problems

01 December I upgraded my cell phone contract to a Samsung S4 mini, u choose smart M package. 01 December my phone was not connecting to the Vodacom Network. 02/03 December, I handed my phone back to Vodacom, Claremont to send away. A week later, I was authorized with a new phone. 15 days later17 December, I got my new phone. 19 December, the problems were re-occurring and phoned Vodacom. They confirmed my first complaint was logged 02 December. Apparently turnaround is 24 hours. I was then told they can see that the U Choose Smart M package, had not migrated onto my contract and that someone will get back to me. 20 December, the problem was STILL not resolved so I called back to be told it had been fixed. 02 January 2014, Emergency calls only!! I contacted Vodacom whom explained ALL their customers on the CHOOSE SMART PACKAGE were experiencing the same problem. I am now irate and want a FULL REFUND on my 24 month contract WITHOUT PENALTIES PLUS compensation 01 December- 19 December, & 01 January. This is shocking service, and Vodacom is not providing the service I have paid for. I will be pursuing a new contract with another service provider soonest - 10 years Vodacom customer.
