HUGE DATA BILL!!!

I would just like to state my utter disgust about my data bill for the month of May 2013. I have a monthly 2gig data bundle active on my line, and seeing as i received absolutely no notification that my bundle is nearing depletion or that out of bundle rates are applying, as is the case almost every month, you can understand my surprise when I received a huge bill of over R19 000.00 for just data!!! seeing as i use ADSL and WI-Fi for all my devices and returning to the fact that my bundle was not depleted, i fail to see how something like this can happen!!! All I'm getting from the data department is that would do a audit, but since then no feedback. I cannot in any way see how a charge for data can run this high when there is still an active bundle!!! The biggest disappointment is that after many years of multiple contracts with Vodacom, and never even getting close to this type of data usage, this is the type of support and answers I receive. I have done some research and as far as I can tell I am not the first victim an probably not the last. just feel that this is totally unacceptable!
