I bought an additional 1 GIG Vodacom Data Bundle via their web site on Monday because I did not want to pay the out of bundle rates for data usage. Since then I have been using my cell phone data thinking that I am paying the new rates for the data bundle purchased. It is now Thursday evening, and I thought I will check on the status of my usage only to see that the data bundle is still showing as pending activation.

This means that I am still paying very high out of bundle rates for my data usage. My cell phone contract is R700, but my bill currently is over R2000.

This is not acceptable and very poor service.
