I have been a loyal customer of MTN for years, I have 4contracts of which 2is due for upgrade in January. I went to MTN on the 29/12/2013 to upgrade and was told to come back on the 01/01/2014 like really as if the store is going to be open. Previously it was done if the upgrade is due in a few days they would upgrade so I don't know what's the problem this time as for MTN Alberton the one consultant says it's fine to upgrade then he calls another consultant who says no come back 01st of Jan seems like the one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing, Really I must say I'm not impress with MTN.
MAYBE ITS TIME TO MOVE ON AND END THE RELATIONSHIP WITH MTN I HAVE BEEN HAVING SOME BAD SERVICE THROUGHT OUT 2013 WITH YOU GUYS.
