Logged a complaint here on Telkom recently, Nombu phoned me back - hadn't looked into the query properly, waited on the phone whilst she added up amounts on the statements, needed to refer part of the initial query on (this should have been done). No apology for the 3 month Telkom error which cost an addtional /- R200 just it would be credited to my Telkom account (not my bank account - even though its my money). When I disputed this on the phone she said 'I don't have time to explain'. I then said I want the debit order to be cancelled as I don't trust Telkom's billing system. She said I must write a letter and phone Customer Service, she doesn't do that bit. Nombu - I'm sure you only increase complaints for Telkom - your attitude is disgusting. Again not one apology for the last 3 months of Telkom's errors, incorrectly debiting me, incorrect amount refunded and reconnection fees charged. I trust you find this as your 'letter' to cancel any and all debit orders from this account.
